Are you guys that are using 2" spindles up front trimming or replacing the bump stops? I noticed last night that I am sitting on mine.

Keep the stock ones but trim them down so you have some travel. The pancake style stops are way to harsh whereas even stock ones cut way down will still absorb a bit of the shock.

I cut my stock ones at first(one or two nubs) and it was about 1/2" to 3/4" from the control arm, I just change them to the Belltech Urethane Drop Bumpstops Front #B4923 and now its just kissing the control arm, big change nice!

just for the FYI, i was looking at an 06 nbs denali the other day at work that was in immaculate shape. The lower control arm was just barely touching the bump stop. i'm assuming this truck was in 100% factory specs.

just don't see as many nbs 1500 torsion suspension that hadn't beaten the bump stop to nothing these days. i know mine are all cracked and busted.
