Hey guys, I searched and searched but couldn't find the answer I was looking for. I have a 2007.5 2500HD Duramax and was looking at the 7" FTS lift. My question is, how far can you decrank the torsion bars? Can you set it at 5.5" or lower, or is 7" as low as you can go. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

From what I understand 7 is as low as you can go but you can crank up to 9, as they drop a full 7 inches.
That's what I figured

Get a different lift if you want to go lower.
I was gonna get the 6" zone, but after I've lifted all my other truck's I've always wanted to go bigger, so figured this way I could if I wanted to.

In the winter my OEM 20's and 305/55R20 Nittos.

But I'm in the process of buying some 22x12 AF and 35x12.5 Toyo's for summer.
With that setup you would probably need it at 7" if not a little bit taller. I used to run 315/70/17 BFG's on H2 wheels when they started putting crap on the roads here and it didn't look to bad on a 8.5" lift.

I love, the zone price but hate the 1.5-1.75 track width. That's really gonna have those 12s hanging out there.

You don't have any pictures with this setup?

That's another reason I didn't want to go zone. In MN/ND they have pretty strict laws against width and I'd rather not run fender flares.

If your worried about pushing out the tires, look at the CST 6-8. Full drop lift and doesn't push them out at all.
Ya, but if I were to get the zone I'd save $1000 or so and with that money I could pay for a lot of tickets from the popo :haha:
