Hello guys I need help with me c2500 Chevy Silverado 2000 old body style, I’ve changed the gas tank twice and it has created like a vacuum the gas tack has sucked in a couple of inches what do you guys think could be

Check the venting system there's a filter above the rear axle in a plastic housing gets mucked up

I don’t seem to find one there’s nothing by the rear axle that looks like a venting system can you specify it
