Nothing came up on GMFS search. A friend of mine is wanting new tires for his K5, so I figured I would ask here.

High as in expensive? Cost why is is debating the Generals or BFG. I linked him a few threads here.

I've had both the generals and the bfgs AT tires. They both perform good enough, they both look great, the generals are cheaper haha

That's was his only reasoning for them. I am trying to convince him to go A/T as he rarely goes offroading and would last him longer. Either way, just trying to get him the info. Thanks!

you'll find there has been many problems with the generals blowing out. Some in some very dangerous situations. Thankfully the people who went through this were came out of it safely...

My 33" general AT's are lasting great and are virtually quiet on the highway even going 85 mph. Me and my girl take my truck on road trips all the time and they never bother us. I've driven them in rain, mud, dirt, snow, and even in sand at 10 psi. They have performed well enough for my needs

I had the general grabbers (not the at's, the muds) for 3,000ish miles in the 33x18r12.50 and I liked them. Very quiet on the road/highway as well. The tread design is also nice and aggressive.
