I am in the process of glassing over my beat stock oe ft and rear bumper to fill in all the molding holes and dents... Any one else do this or does everyone just get the bumper cover that is common?

I figure it would be worth a try to keep the oe style bumper and just fill the spots with duraglass and sand....

Pics ??? Anyone else done this>?

Perhaps someone knows where I can get a ss style cover... (one piece) for a 99 burb for the front?

I started to fill the holes in the front and on the rear oe bumper last night... first coat.

Sanding tonight.. pics to come? Spend more money on glass than just getting a cover? Opinions?

This is temp untill the roll pan is in the budget and I couldnt stand all the holes in the ft bumper....

pics please/opinions?!?!?!?

Save lots of time and just buy a smoothie front bumper. They are cheap enough.

Thanks B-

I have started looking into a smoothie...

found one for 126.00 so far....

the cover isnt very expensive either... 179.00

sure seems like the smooth bumper is the obvious choice...

Well, I had the glass already and I need the practice with the filler....
So Im gonna finish what I started (since it looks like shit anyhow) and see how it comes out...

And Brandon your sig of your old truck is keeping me up for all hours of the night in the garage.... nice

probably lots of these trucks in the clunker yards now....
Thanks mr prez for destroying so many engines that us poor people could have used...
