OK, I have a 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 New Body Style. There was a fire internally. I am looking for the dash components. I found a 2007 Chevy Silverado. Can I take the dash out of a Chevy and install it into a GMC? I KNOW the bezel is different between both, but I am wondering if all mounting point screws will still line up and allow me to use the Chevy in my GMC?

Why don't you post a pic of what you're talking about? And FYI, nobody is going to email you a response when they can just post it right here in this thread. That way someone else will come along with the same question later on and refer back to this thread. Isn't that the point of this forum?

At 5 posts, he may not fully understand how the forum works. Also, insurance should cover a fire internally, and if you still under warranty, i've seen that cover it as well.

There is someone on craigslist parting out an entire 2008 Silverado on craigslist that is in the same state as you.

He has ads scattered all over there and from that picture it looks like the entire interior is still good along with most of the wiring harnesses and other small things that were destroyed in your truck's fire. Might be worth contacting him to see if you can work out a deal.
