Hey guys, been a long time since I have been on here with school and work hardly have time.

So I finally sold my 2 door tahoe about a month ago because someone offered me 7000 cash and I saw a window to get a new truck, without the wife killing me.

I got a dark toreador red 03 z71 ecsb silverado. It has the tan interior, which is thrashed pretty good as this was a "hunting truck". Truck only has 141 k miles and I stole it for 7000. Has a little love mark on the passenger door from a log or something and the paint was neglected something horrible.

Plan to replace the carpet as it has been cut up from what I can only assume was guts or something along those lines, and I am swapping the jump seat for a console also.

Can't get pics to post someone help me w that

Thanks hunter, working on it now. Stupid iPad is having issues.

On another note I forgot to mention this truck is sans G80?!!!

I always thought all newer z71 had the g80, so when I saw it was not on the rpo list I was baffled. Trucks got some azzzzz tho, just got pipes where factory muffler was and it sounds ok and that's all the performance it has. It'll run tho

Well i've already de tinted the rear glass because it was impossible to see out of. Plan on color, matching , demolding, and needs some love on the interior. Line x down the road too.
Also gonna get new lights all the way around since all these seem to hold water from where the strobe lights were installed. PO was a volunteer firefighter

Then this weekend I scored some Oem denali rims off the list for 250 bucks, needed tires he said. Found some Goodyear 275/65/20 to hold me over for 50 bucks locally. Shoe for 300 plus mounting I got some really nice rims.

Thank you guys, I liked the look too but those tires rode horribly compared to my cooper stt that were on my tahoe. I will be putting all terrains on these wheels after i sell my stockers. I bought this truck with aspirations of adding OEM 20's from the get go.

Nice truck, not a huge fan of the new wheels. But it looks nice.

I know most are against the new rims, but they will have all terrains soon enough and it's definitely different than every truck around here

I think the new wheels with new aggressive tires will look a million times better than the stocker wheels did.

Agree. Truck is going to look nice. You've given me the idea to look for the power folding mirrors, that would be nice to have.
