No, you would have to get the bumper also. and even then, you will have trim the frame tips for the bumper to fit. Talk to Josh, he did a HD swap on his '02, and it looked badass.
i PMed you. you will need to cut off and remount your frame tips, and notch your radiator core support. then get the HD bumper cap. its not a hard project if you have what you need.
