I'm getting ready to start transforming my truck and headers are #1 on my list..I think I'm going with pacesetter LT's. Do they install onto the stock piping on the truck or not? And what do I need to know about installing headers before I tackle the job

The stock bolts for the factory manifolds snap easy. Soak them heavily in PB Blaster for a day before attepting to remove them. Pacesetter sells a Y Pipe. You need that to hook up to the factory coupling. Hardest part of the install is the steering arm. Needs to be disconnected to install the driver's side header. Other tip is get shielded boots for the spark plug wires.

My truck has over 300+km an i soaked them a day before an they came out with out a hitch,
