You can, but I have heard it is a PITA to do so (a lot harder than the GMC headlamp). Several members have done it here on this site, so I'm sure they can offer their insight. There was a how-to on FSC for a while, but I can't find it now.

Yes, just bake the headlights though it will loosen up the silicone a bit, then just work around it with a screwdriver I did both of mine in about 1.5-2 hours

You can use any adhesive silicon pretty much(recommend black or clear). Once you get the lense off the ambers just pop right out. And yes it was a pain in the ass.
