Like an idiot, i was in a hurry to flush out my heater core and when i went to hook up the two core lines/hoses back up, I couldn't remember which core lines went where...to the manifold or to the water pump. Can anyone help a brother out? Its a 4.3L v6.

right now, I have the pump-side going into the left side of the core, and the right side is going to the intake....is this right?

Does it matter? :hmm: All it does is flow in and out for cabin heat.

One side should flow from the pump and the other side to the intake. I have no idea if it makes a difference, but I have heard it will cause premature failure if the sides are reversed.
