I noticed you were selling your np205.Can you explain why the divorced type would be stronger than the bolt up type (using an adapter),seems like divorced would give you an extra weak link (the short driveshaft between tranny and case).Sorry, but i am still learning about SFA and want my s**t together before i do mine.

im not dark eternal but a divorced case will let the driveline angles down wayy more creating less stress on them. i think the short shaft would withstand abuse.

That AND because the adaptors to mate the ford case to my 4l60e would cost almost 1000 bucks!!!! But like nasty said you can drop the case down a few inches if its divorced and ease your driveline angles.
