How do I prep the grill for paint on my 1997...
I am painting my stock grill (currently that shiny grey colour) to match my 1997 gmc sierra reg cab long box...
Well its plastic so how do I prep it for paint?
What grit levels do I use?
start with 400?
any suggestions?

I was always told by shops that it couldn't be done to a chrome grill.
