Mine had two screws under the steering column in plain site then clips were holding it in so i had to use a tiny bit of force to get it out. Not sure if you have a console or not, I don't, so i had to remove the fold out cup holder (7mm screws i think) and then i removed all the screws along the bottom of the glovebox and inside the glove box. After that it was just a matter of using a tad bit of force to get the clips to release. It really didn't take much time at all, maybe 10-15 minutes with me being careful.
