So last night on my way home from library, got in my 1990 K5 Blazer 350 TBI, fired right up went to turn on the headlights and engine almost dies and the entire electrical system almost went dead. Last stop sign before my apartment, I click the A/C on and the engine dies and entire electrical systems goes out and comes back. I restart the engine, everything is fine, and make it home. This morning I check main connections and find the ground terminal on my battery is very loose so i tighten it down. All accessories work, signals, lights, horn, etc. Just for the hell of it I go to start it and it dies immediately after I let the key back to run. I start it again and push accelerator and it revs up and gets to idle speed, sputters, and then idles at a very low 475-500rpm. If you give it any gas it will die. Not sure if something go smoked last night with that bad ground or if my ignition control module just went out or something else? Help! Thanks!
