Infinity Components

I keep putting off replacing my front speakers which are still stock. I tuned my HU so that all that is going thru them is treble and highs with my shitty stock tweets. Looking to upgrade to the 6.5" infinty kappa component set. These are 2ohm, this caught me by surprise being that most comp sets that ive seen are 4ohm.
With the kappa comps im thinking bout running a kicker kx200.2 at 2ohm for 100w rms to each.
Comments? Anything else i should look into besides the infinity's? Budget of $200 for the comps

I was told Orion over Infinity when I asked which ones.

o really? I've heard great things about the infinity's clarity. Im running an orion sub and amp currently and love the setup, but havent heard anything bout there components.

Have also heard good things about the other sound quality oriented brands like boston, crystal, mb quart...and some other not too main stream like CDT
I have heard MB sucks, but thats just what Ive heard.
my cdts are amazing.... but they were a little more then 200.. these are not bad... i had them before i got the cdts

ive heard tfunit's polk momo's, im actually the one who recommended them to him, and they are awesome but on other audio forums, they are in love with the cdt's.
Which line of cdt's are you running? Ive heard good things bout there EF line
ES-62i i got them for 550 shipped.. the guy i went through was awesome too because the woofers he sent out got "lost" (i think someone stole them off my doorstep) so he sent out another pair and was really cool about it. he had the tweets sent from CDT since they were in ca. His email is [email protected]
they are starting to get broken in and sound even better.. they are SUPER CLEAR.. also i have them running off a PPI 1000/2 and a eclispe deck with 8volt preouts so i dont know if that makes a difference

yes i know who u are talking bout. I've talked with him over on www.caraudio.com several times. I think all of the good CDT lines are a bit too power hungry for the 100w rms i will be running. Any other suggestions?

EDIT: I'm confused, i wouldnt have problems running those polk db's with that kicker amp being the polks are 4ohm and i have to run the kicker at 2?
just sell that amp and get this http://www.cardomain.com/item/PPI48330 you get maybe get a little cheaper if you search but i got it there because i got the extended warranty.
i dont have the kicker yet.....i may wind up getting the orion 4002 like i was originally going to do back when i was going to get comps. 100w rms at 4ohm....now other suggestions as far as components
Im trying to go for the OZ Audio 3-way comps myself. 200 watts rms!

nice, but a little too much power for me
the infinity's are too bright....and this is coming from someone who likes a good bit of tweet....

I have crystal components, they jam. Mark heard them, ask him what he thought. And they're only like 100 for the 6.5's and take 100rms at 4 ohms.
