i just ordered my coil spacers to get rid of the rake. anyone have any tip to help the install go smoothly?can i just pull the shock, compress the spring and install?
yea im getting a spring compressor. i just didnt know if i need to take everything apart or can i just pull the shock, compress the spring with the compressor then install the spacer.
yeah dude.. just make sure you take your time and drop the spindle and coil to keep the spacer and coil seated right during and after installation. the only major advice that i have is that.
As far as i knew, doesn't the spacer go on top of the coil and into the spring pocket? Just from the wording it sounds like its going on the control arm, just tryin to clear it up, because my spacers are on top of the coil.....
