installing LOC

First of all,I have an 06 with the bose system. I checked the rear speakers for wire colors and my left side (driver) is tan/dark brown and right side is green/blue. I got my LOC and pretty much, I am lost on the rest of this install. I dont know where to splice in my LOC and I dont know which wire is +/- in each pair of wires for the rear speakers. Also, where should i run my remote wire? I'm not extremely intelligent with this stuff so dummy proof your instructions as best you can. I really appreciate your help.
