i have a 06 sierra CC and i want the seats to go lower i have how it stops and it only goes to a certain point... the driver side seat is manual recline but is power only to go back and forth and the passenger side is all manual... i wanna take it apart and see what is stoppin this but i want to know if anyone has done this....:think:

both my Yukon and ECSB truck do this. In reality, you can't go back much farther b/c you'll hit the rear seat. I know some people have dont his mod with the power recline seats, something with the worm gear. Let us know if you find out how to on the manual seats. Sorry that I was not of much help.

im fairly sure the rods are a certain length and that you run out of length and hit the stops. it shouldnt be too hard to look in there and find out whats keeping it from going back farther
