I'm very impressed with K&N's customer service! I've dealt with them in the past, and I figured I just got lucky. The first time I contacted them about the FIPK I have on my TBI.. The base gasket had gotten tore up, so I called them about it. They sent out a replacement no charge, next day air.

Now with my Denali. I have the FIPK on this truck as well. The other day when I was cleaning my engine bay, I noticed that the weatherstrip/hood seal was starting to rip/come unglued from it's base (illustrated below)

I just called them, my wait time was literally 5 seconds before I got a real person, gave her the model # of my kit and with no questions asked.. a new seal is on its way, next day air.. from Cali. Entire phone call was under 2 minutes.

Now that's GREAT customer service. Thanks K&N! :head2:

I agree, Ive had great experience from them as well. I shipped my kit to anothermember here and during shipping, items were lost fromthe box being torn up and they sent him the new parts free of charge.
