I’m doing katzkin seats in my 16 Silverado and I have the high country headrest on order. Does anyone happen to know the katzkin matching color names for the stock GM black leather and gray piping for the high country seats?

I'd email Katzkin themselves and ask. Also checkout Leatherseats.com I had them make my custom covers for my sierra in a chocolate leather with pearl white stitch like the HC's

I emailed Katzkin haven’t heard back yet. I almost did the brown high country but it wouldn’t match my dash.

I didn’t know Katzkin matched any factory colors, at least I’ve never heard of them claiming to.

They match them they aren’t called the same color name but they have a swatch book that has samples you can match it up with. They sent me one so I’ll know by tomorrow what colors I need.

I understand they aren’t the same names, what I’m saying is they aren’t an exact color match either. Katzkin has never stated any of their colors are a match for factory colors in anything I’ve ever read. And since they don’t sell to the public directly, why aren’t you talking to one of their installers who could help you with color selection? Katzkin won’t sell to you but I’ve seen some basic sets on EBay, although when I did mine I could only get black or else I needed to go through an installer which was ridiculous imo, the cost was through the roof. I did my own install.

The owner used to work for Katzkin and started his own IIRC, you can also customize and order direct. And I think at the time mine came out to under 1K for my truck front and back seats 100% all leather

I got the headrest in finally and used the swatch book to match them perfectly! Ended up being black leather and the piping is frost.

I’m going through a dealer from eBay it was way cheaper than the quote I got from a local installer. That’s why we were having issues matching the factory colors because he’s in New York and I’m in Tennessee so he sent me the book and I matched them up so he can get them ordered.
