Kayak Rack for pickup. Will it fit?

I am thinking about buying this rack for my 2008 crew cab silverado 1500. The rack is currently on a 06 crew cab 1/2 ton. I want to know if the width of the bed rails are the same? Do the holes match up? The length will not be an issue as the rack can be adjusted to accommodate the length. Heres some pics of the rack on the truck.
