are now sitting on my office floor :rocking: .... I dunno when we will get to install them, still need to order a few more Air Ride components to go with them. I might spend some time prepping them (cleaning and paint) and also maybe a pre assembly to make sure all the parts are here.

Dunno yet, if I can get someone around here to build me a notch that will fit under the bed I might do that, or else I may go with a bolt in like Belltech or DJM.
just cut the bed and lay it out :read:

congrats on getting the kit bro. you'll love it.
You don't have to cutt the bed... Just build up a strong enough notch. I know one guy here in town re-enforced the hell outa his frame and he hasn't touched his bed yet.

you shouldn't have to cut the bed to lay out..... Do you even have a notch in there now?

Just have a good welder weld on some Box tubing on top of the frame rail above the axle... then notch out the whole stock portion of the frame under that... it should be plenty

I like way2hi (Justins) notch ... sort of what you jsut described ... I have no notch at all right now though. Bags and tank brackets just came in
:imo: We need pics for proof!!!
Were you in the GP for the kit? If so, what day was your kit shipped? You can lay out your truck under the bed with a 255/35/20 with a super c-notch. You will get 3/4" from laying out with a djm/belltech notch

Yeah, I was in the GP, mine shipped, it shipped yesterday. I have a 245/40/20 in the back, what notch I run is still sort of up in the air.
if i were you, i'd get a 6 piece, or a custom built notch made(since it's only metal)... do the biggest notch that you can possibly do w/o cutting into the bed..

You are going to have to notch it anyways, just dont half-ass it, and Do it right The First Time.

I brought my camera today but picked up the wrong USB cable for it, so I can't get the pictures off it till I get home!
does anyone have pics of doing an underbed notch and laying out on 20" I would like to see it so I can plan to do it accordingly. I don't wanna cut the bed if I don't have to.
Here's the pictures

6 gallon tank (2 3/4 ports, 2 3/8 ports and 1 1/4 port) and brackets, 1/2 port Firestones
