Heres my stepside, started as an 83 shortbed. The bed was real rough and i found the 95 bed. It fit decent, some dont like it but each ur own..lol. Some specs..some anyway i dont wana bore you guys. This thing was a stripped carcas i picked up for free and ended to be about an 8,000 beater...lol

axles..
front..1985 dana 60, spool, 456s, hydro assist, 35 spline yukon inner and outers with warn premiums, spicer life joints, mad 4x4 tube seals
rear..14bolt full floater, 456s detroit, disc brakes
Transfercase, trans..etc
np205, sm465, tattons 1350 front shaft with 14 inches of slip, tattons 1350 rear shaft with 10 inches of slip. All ubolt 1350 yokes with spicer non greaseable joints
engine..
350 .040 over .220 domed keith blacks, 515 lift comp cam, .2055 valves in angle plug bowtie heads. x450 propane carb, pushed 400 or so hp.
tires/wheels..
eaton 15x10s with swamper 39.5-15-15s
suspention..
alcan 53 inch front spring swap, 6 inch shackles, 52 inch rear springs with diy4x shackle flip, 6 inch shackles.

I have lots of pics and vids of this in action, its a real fun truck..

fresh coat of rattlecan krylon...lol

btw- Hate stepsides as much as you want to, the 70's era were great looking trucks.
