Does anyone know any of the laws for a lifted truck. Height? Lights? Tires? Can you have LEDS? Window Tint?

Well for us poor californians we get the most amount legal limit crap outa any state. THe windows can be as dark as you want as long as its not the windshield front driver and pasanger sides windows. Height i think is 54" im prob wrong from the middle of the headlight. Also there is a frame height limit but i dont know it im sure someone will chime in. Tires i dont think theres any limit as long as you meet the height requirement. LEDS... Im sure in the tailight is fine but dont know about up front (dont even know if they make that) im not into that stuff.

Has anyone put lights on the lower part of the bumper? Ive seen craig elders red ford with lights on the axel. What tickets do you recieve for being illegal?(fix it) With your average 12 inch lift and 40s with a 3 inch body, what laws would make you illegal, and is it noticable where you will get pulled over all the time.

-Frame heigth 30 inches maximum

actually there are two different height one for1/2 ton and another for 3/4 and above. unfortunately i dont remember the two numbers, but i wanna say the 1/2 ton is 37". those numbers are for cali here in tx its measured at the headlights.

I got pulled over the second day i got my truck out of the shop and they checked my frame height which came out to be 29" (i thought i was illegal) but the officer said the legal limit is 32" and i got a ticket for mudflaps. i am running a 15" whiplash, 3" body and 39.5x15 truxus STS's hope this helps

There are some HUGE F250s around here, alot of decent size lifted GMs. I think Arkansas has some type of law, but the cops around here dont give a shit.
