Been a few weeks after installing Zone 1.5 BL and everything was torqued properly and rechecked. This isn't my first time fyi.
It is making some god awful popping and creaking. The rubber washers(dont know technical name) are in really crappy shape would that cause this?
At slow speeds turning is when it seems to be the loudest

Sounds like they were "torqued" way too much

My 04 did this after I put a 3" zone on it and it has gotten quieter after a while.

You might want to apply a slight bit of grease the mating surfaces of the body lift pucks.
Thanks buddy worked like a charm. I noticed that when it was cold out it didnt make a sound but the minute it warmed up out it started again. Slapped some grease on top/bottom of pucks and bam! quiet.
