I have an 06 sierra with an original 4/6. Dropp (but due to rubbing i add 1" spacer in front so now its basically a 3/6). Anyways i have a denali frontend conversion and i was wondering if i should go with tires size 245/45/20 or 245/50/20 if anyone else has similar setup as me i wanna know if there is a drastic diffrence in the tire sizes. Lile if i go with 45/20 instead or 50/20 how much lower am i going to get witj my denali numper.

Most go with a 275/45/20 (29.7 diameter tire) on a 4/6 drop. My bumper has a few scrape marks underneath from steep driveways only seen when under the truck. No major issues after seven years with that tire size.
