Max tire dia on stock NBS ECSB

You guys are probably sick of answering these questions but, here goes anyway. On a NBS ECSB 4wd (non z-71)

-what's max tire dia with no lift?
-ideal backspacing on a 18X9 or 18X9.5?
-max lift without dropping the diff or cutting the truck up?
-will the Nitto 325/60/r18 @ 32.99 on 9.5" rim fit?
-what's up with the ford TB keys? how is the ride?

I dunno about this 18" rim shit, but the max lift without actually "lifting" is gonna be 1-2" with torsion bar cranking, and then a 33" tire on a 10" wide rim is still gonna rub like hell. And as for ford keys, if you're worried about the ride, I wouldn't even think about them...
