Does anyone know what might be causing a momentary shudder/shake at around 50-60 mph when there is little or no load? It seems to happen when the automatic transmission is shifting in or out of overdrive and if I accelerate or decelerate it stops immediately. (92 full size blazer with 350tbi)

It sounds like TCC Shudder. Try an additive or replace torque converter.
