resistance is optimized for lots of things. less resistance means possible radio interference, etc. i have them on my 82, but i bought it with them on it.no "real world" gains but they ohm about a 10th of what OEM ones do and they do look better.
Could but they also arent solid core race wires. I have them with no problems. They are also too short to worry about radio interference, unlike the Gen3 stuff.resistance is optimized for lots of things. less resistance means possible radio interference, etc. i have them on my 82, but i bought it with them on it.
People make well over 1000hp on stock coils. Im sure theres people making 1500-2000 with them but no one I can think of off the top of my head.they do nothing. people are making 500+ hp on stock coils daily
Ive seen 1400rwhp with FI. Thats some spark. It was done with truck coils and not F body coils. Our trucks have a hotter spark.People make well over 1000hp on stock coils. Im sure theres people making 1500-2000 with them but no one I can think of off the top of my head.
Yea, my friends LSX has truck coils. But its only made 800 so far, with 5lbs of boost and 5K rpm. It'll spin to over 8K and have a lot more boost when its tuned and done. When it was on the dyno a line popped off the dry sump pump so they havent made a decent pull with it yet even at low boost.Ive seen 1400rwhp with FI. Thats some spark.
