While the engine was out, I did a complete front suspension and steering replacement, cleaned and painted the frame, and replaced the engine mounts.

Engine and Trans in. Used Dirty Dingo sliding mounts and got everything lined up so I could use the stock shift linkage from the 700R4 and stock drive shaft. Only had to move the trans crossmember back about 1 inch and drill new mounting holes.

Test fit the Schoenfeld headers, which were perfect, so I stripped the shipping coat off and applied several coats of high temp paint.

Final header install and accessories bolted up.

Not familiar with that exact intake. Is that a TB spacer? Or an adapter?

you went DBW. Any specific reason?

Gen IV intake and 4 to 3 bolt adapter.

No reason for DBW other than that's what this pullout had on it.

Got pretty much everything bolted up and in place while I had the TBI harness out for thinning, and started re-working the Vortec harness and building a fuse block.

Done for now, I'll add connectors later.

On to this mess. Both bank 2 sensors and the MAF circuit were cut out, so I had to go back and add MAF and B2S1.

Fuel lines, filter, pump.

Used a stock Vortec pump for the gmt 400 trucks and a Corvette filter/reg (commence the hate comments) and -6 fittings and hoses.

I have no idea, a lot of people seem to hate it for whatever reason. Always has worked well for me, so idk.

It's actually a good way to use a dead head fuel rail with a return style pump. Also makes only 1 line needing to be run all the up.

Got the Vortec harness all reworked and fuse block built.

Went ahead and threw it all on, it's a mess at this point, just wanted to make sure everything fits.

Mounted the fuse block on the fender and the PCM on the passenger side battery tray. TAC module bolts directly in place of the stock cruise module. Same bolt pattern.
