As of right now my plan for the look of the truck is pretty simple...
KEEPING the stock bench! - gotta stay traditional...
Basically, the interior will be 100% stock with the exception of the cage, guages, and floor shifter.
Interior is all light gray w/ black carpet (basically the same as the pics above)
Exterior mods are planned as follows...
It's getting an 88-91 GMC burb front end with a billet grille
2.5" cowl hood (steel)
Tailgate is shaved
stock front bumper, blazer rear wrap around bumper
shaved mirrors, but stock door handles
GM bright white paint and the tonneau and cage will be gloss black
It is setting at a 5/7 drop, and I'll keep the 15" telestars on it that are shown in the pictures.
Basically, I don't want it to look 100% stock, but I don't want an extreme custom that sticks out like a sore thumb. The only giveaway that it'll be anything faster than average is the cage bars out the back, because I will be able to remove the parachute
Here's a few updated pics. Work was delayed for a while, as I had my '99 in there for a while, and we also had the 63 impala in there for a while for work, I told them to push my truck aside and make those a priority. Now all of the parts are with them and they are full steam ahead again.
