im taking it in tomorrow for a few minor things like my seat back being a little loose, and a tranny seal leak... what else should i get checked out while im there? this is the last trip under warranty! :bawl:

iono off the top of my head if you have a functional tailgate (i see a lot of them welded shut) but if so check into having the recall done on the straps.

those bastards told me there was no tailgate recall. they said i can PURCHASE the new straps... assholes. then they kept my truck ALL day with an appointment and didnt even TOUCH it!!!!! then they tried to charge me to tell me my tranny is leaking because of the drop kit! like i didnt know it was already leaking, i dont have to pay to know that!!!! i have to take it back again tomorrow. im friggin pissed!

Dude, dont let them charge you for something unrelated to your drop, thats just a scam!

If you didnt authorize them to run an inspection then dont pay it.

welp, im still fighting about the cables. they found a leak i didnt know about, and had to replace my whole rack and pinion steering gear. its a good thing they had to, or i would be paying 700$ real soon for a new one. they fixed everything and didnt charge me shit. i bitched and moaned :head: BTW: i went to Gunn Chevy in san antonio. i do alot of work for them and havent had any problems until now. they took care of me after i bitched to the GM though.
