[AJ's Sierra]

So I have nav equipped w my 14 sierra.. I've had my truck since march but never really thought about this till recently.. So when I press my nav button my screen shows the compass and says call onstar to choose a route. So I have to call onstar everytime to put in my route.. That shouldn't be. My other vehicles had it so a map was present and I would type n whatever address. I was at my cousins chevy dealership and all the service guys said they never seen that before.. Anyone have this issue too? I know I'm
Gonna have to ask my dealer cuz I don't wanna go through onstar everytime
