I hate those things even on my mom's H2... I certainly wouldn't go putting them on any other vehicle. Why not swap on a cleaner, smoother set of handles if you're gonna do it?

Like mentioned above ANYTHING is possible. I would photoshop it on your truck first though. IMO no door handles looks best.

if i remeber correctly i think he said they cut out that section from a nbs and welded it to the obs door.

I am going to assume he ditched in interior door handle rod and just used a cable? If I remember correctly the rods are bent differently.

Shaved handles ftl unless it's a street rod (meaning 30s/40s cars), it makes the truck look too plain.

I think it looks good, a guy had a dually with NBS handles on it.
