Where exactly was the glove box light for the truck that had it? Is it possible to add it, here is a photo of the area above the glove box looking up from the floor. I'm assuming it was somewhere in there???

That flat square area next to latch. My 03 has it. When I did a console swap i had to cut that area out.

Iirc they quit in 03, all 99-02 had it and some 03's. Along with the underhood lights
