My '03 ECSB Sierra was recently rear ended but thankfully my hitch took the brunt of the impact (small car, Corolla) but it still required a whole new hitch, rear bumper assembly, and minor frame straightening. I got the truck back but the bumper to bed gap is noticeably larger than it was on my factory bumper; see attached for photos, I'm measuring ~1" between the top of the bumper pad to the rear of the bed. I didn't think to measure before but the distance must have been half this measurement or less before.

Could anyone with an unmodified rear bumper take a tape measure to their truck and let me know what your measurements are? It's possible my "original" bumper could have been replaced under previous ownership or something so I just want to check where it should be. Thank you!
