I have a 2001 Tahoe, and I replaced my stock radio and speakers over the weekend. I took out the tape player that was in the lower part of the center console. I thought there was a pocket that fit into that slot when there was no tape or cd player there. I went to the dealership and the piece the parts guy ordered was too big and didn't fit. Does anyone know the part number for this little pocket? Thanks for the help.

Thanks. So that is the one that fits in the floor console just above the flip up door for the other cd storage right?

yep..... just pull the tape deck out and snap the pocket in. the only tool you need is a 7 mm socket to get the front plate off.
