I am looking into lifting my 96 Yukon with no more than 6 inches. I dont know if i should go 6" suspension, or like 4" sus. and 2"bl. Anyway, i wanted to see some pics of Yukons or Tahoes with the lift sizes above. Please dont show something with 12" lift and say well here is mine....., cause that is not what i am really lookiong for.

Thanks alot!!!

oh yeah, mine is a 4 door, but that really doesnt matter. I would like to see pics of both, and what tire/wheel combo you have.

Well I had a 99 tahoe with a 6.5" Dick Cepek lift kit. I had it cranked to prolly 8", but that is about the norm with lift kits. Everyone ends up cranking them. If you want me to pictures I can, but if that's not 6" enough then let me know.

BTW for the OBS I HIGHLY recommend the 6.5" Cepek lift. Also why go to the trouble of installing a lift kit AND a bodylift when you can just spend the same money and get all 6" in suspenion?

6.5" cepeck! looked awsome! i wasnt thrilled with the ride. i recommend upgrading the t-bars if you go with this lift.. tahoes come stock with really small ones for a cushy girly ride :nono:

are those 35's in that picture? how is the ride? is that the 6.5?
Those are 35x12.50 BFG AT's on 15x10 Ion rims

Here's my Tahoe on Cepek with 35x14.50 Mud Grapplers on 15x10's (6.5" lift kit cranked to about 8")
