This question is for Allen an anyone with a nelson tune. My friend is getting a Nelson tune soon for his 04 scsb 5.3. An I was just wondering how much it will help his 1/4 mile times. Will it take about 1-2 10th off his tim or more?

he told me 4-5 tenths for my mail order pcm. we will find out next weekend at the track!!

02denali said that he got a full second, but he's got alot of other mods too, like a different cam, and adding a tune will enhance the improvements made by the other mods. I don't know if the tune alone will give you a full second.

hey i gained a full second with tuning and my listed mods before the cam. i9 have been playing around with so many combos lately i havent been back to the track . i have a 6.0 cam now and a new exhaust. we are working on some other tweaks. i will let you know soon when the new tune is in. hey like i said before. IF YOU WANT TO WIN GO NELSON.
