Spent the day yesterday cleaning the truck up since im home from school and away from a gravel driveway for the summer..Still cleans up alright..need to paint a few little things like discs, calipers, and frame but for the most part its not worth it since i drive it year round..paint is still in decent shape for being 12 years old

thanks guys..

I do have oem fogs, but i broke both of them this winter from the snow..ive been trying to find a z71 valance with round fogs, but if i cant find that for a good price i will just get new fogs..i already have the new hid bulbs since i broke both of them as well..

and ya the weather fuckin sucks..back at school by the twin cities it was 75 the other day, 65 here yesterday..spent 4 hours cleaning and messing with the truck..rained all day today..truck is still clean but the damn wheels get trashed as soon as u go down the road in the rain

Most people leave the running boards...it looks out of place imo when you remove them..

Im also looking for a escalade roof rack with the color matched ends and chrome bar, but people are wanting 300 for that, and ive been trying to be more realistic and save my money for more imporant shit instead of the truck...im still going to try to cam it this summer though lol

and ya, i still love the 6.0..everyone loves how the truck sounds with the 6.0, headers, and magnaflow muffler...i might have burned the tires off last week so i should probably get a video of that up..expensive burnout lol

Looks amazing. That's one of the few, if not the only, styles of running boards I actually like. I'd probably leave them on for the same reason. Also keeps a bit of a stock-but-modified look to it, which is always good.

I think the roof rack is a necessity. That and a color matched bowtie. The rattle can paint from Autozone matches pewter close enough. It's not touching any other painted surface so easy to match.

The house I lived in when I was at mtsu had a gravel driveway....Clean trucks worst enemy. I hated it. Anyway, that's one clean hoe my friend. Really nice spot for pictars. I really appreciate your input about paint options...Shall come soon. You ever miss your obs?

ya i will probably color match the bowtie one of these days..the bumper cap is actually the spray can pewter...turned out pretty good..

ya i do miss the obs..it was fun to have something that really stood out, but it was becoming more of a hassle then anything..i think i have more fun building something then i do driving it..because once your done building it, and if you daily it, it will only go downhill
