Hey guys...this is my first post on here, but I'm hoping you can help. My truck is dropped with a MCG spindle/coil and Belltech Flip kit, hanger, shackle. Anyhow, the front was rubbing the liner like a mofo, so I pretty much cut the hell out of it and some of the metal behind it. Seems to be much better. My rear also rubs my inner fender wells when I pull into driveways and the suspension articulates. Anyone else have this problem?
I almost have the full airlift helper bag set-up...just missing upper mount and lines. My buddy gave it to me, but he welded his mount. That would probably help.
Oh yeah...tire size is 305/35/24 with a +30 offset.
my friend had that same set up
he for one had to cut the back fender part were it goes in a L cause it was slicing his tire
and it would rub the top of his back fender also
so he got custom fenders made front and rear and got 26s haha
Thanks guys! I think I'll have to go with a smaller tire size. The rubbing in the back literally locks up the wheel for second as I pull in. Makes a nice squeel everytime! Drives me crazy! Not sure how these dudes with 26's get away with it.
ya its my buddys truck he had same set up as u and it was just a mess tire rubbed top of fender everywhere so he got his fenders cut out and redone
pricey pricey but he has 295/30/26s now
well right now its only on 275/45/20 but i cut a rectangle out of the top of the liners in the front and then in the rear its factory for the wheel wells but i still hit them from time to time.
i have 305/40/22 with ah 2/5 and that shit was eatin my tire alive on the outside of the tire everytime i would take a sharp turn....i just took ah grinder to it and shaved it dowmn..no more shredded rubber peices for me

I had the same problems..i had the 305/35/24 with boss 330s with the +30 offset then i went down to a 295/35/24 with no problem and now i have my truck at 4/7 with still no problems...

Yeah, I had a 2/5 drop originally and the truck could have still been mistaken for a 4x4. LOL! I'll wear out these 305's and go with something a little less wide next time. Brandon...your truck is sick brother! Thanks again everyone for the imput.
Oh no thats not my truck. I wish it was, I just pulled that info from another thread.
