I have a friend who has a 1990 Chevy SS Single Cab and was wondering what kind of subwoofer setup you guys out there was running? He has a Square Kicker Solo Baric 10 L5 and was wondering if that would fit behind his seat.

I don't think he has enough room to do 4 of them ported, and I don't recommend them sealed. He could do E8v2's sealed though. The whole depth issue would be solved by E8v2's as well, and they're significantly cheaper.

i have 2 12's behind the seat, its nothing fancy, but it works

single L5 10", sure, 1.25 ported, woofer on passenger side, port on drivers side.
