But I am starting to think that it is possessed... It used to hum between the speeds 50 and 70 real bad now it hums between 65 and 70.

I have already replaced a bunch of stuff but its still there...

Any Ideas of what it could be?

Sounds like its coming from the back, brand new tires, brand new Rear U-joint, swapped the rear for a 14 bolt that had real low miles

Sounds almost like a wheel bearing but it sounds like its coming from the back.

Anything else I should check?

Did it just start humming after you swapped in the 14 bolt? If so it might be your pinion angle. Maybe the truck you got it from had a different driveshaft set-up than what you have. I guess take an angle finder and put it on the trans case output yoke and check that angle and then put it on the axle pinion yoke and see if that is the same angle. It should be if you have a standard u-joint driveshaft and not a cv joint shaft.

Give some more background. What size truck, whats done to it, what size tires, how old, a semifloat 14 bolt or full float 14 bolt, lift size.
