OEM NAV radio options NNBS

Ok. I'm not to keen on the 07 - 13 GM trucks. I have an 06 Monte Carlo SS with bose that takes the same style radio as the trucks. I'm thinking of pulling the 6 disk changer and going for the oem nav radio. When I look on ebay which years should I avoid? I know some years had the problem of getting a black screen. Also, how do those rosen nav radios work? Any other good stock looking aftermarket plug and play radios out there? I'm looking to stay away from tacky glossy aftermarket radios or the numerous adaptors.
