[Stinger]

I have a 2001 chevy silverado 4x4 with the 5.3, i had to change out the knock sensors, and when i did i pulled off the brake boost hose and oil was dripping out of it, has any one else had this problem, is this normal, if not how do i fix it??, any info would greatly be appreciated.

I wouldn't say its normal since I've never seen that before. Make sure its not brake fluid first. I can tell you though that any kind of oil or gasoline in the booster will ruin it.

Might just be extremely dark brake fluid. Not quite sure how oil would get in it.
