I am preparing to bag my RCSB NBS on 22's with the intention of possibly doing 24's later down the line. I see alot of people "overnotching", what problems or potential issues does this pose? I plan on going with the KP cantiliver setup, will the weld in notch they include be sufficient for laying frame on both 22's and 24's?

Yes the notch will work for either, but when you over notch it allows the rear of the frame to sag down more when laying out. This puts the tank in a bad position especially when riding cali because it can drop further down thus allowing the tank to hit and drag. Best bet would to be setup for 24s and then run a bumpstop to hit exactly when the 22s lay out. Then take it off and run a 1/2" bumpstop the same way for the 24s
