Looks good, start doing more unless being bored is a rare ocasion :D

how many stages of sanding did you do and with what grit?
i don't really remember, but i think we started with 400 or so, then 600, then wet 600
so how do people get the super slick painted interior...are they painted by a shop opposed to spray can?

All mine has been done by a shop. Cause I can't paint! :anitoof:
yea we sat around all day watching paint dry... it was AWESOME.
Lookin good my friend...me and you pretty much have the same accents, cept mine is dupli-color graphite and in a maroon interior. BTW im using a 300grit on the door trim rings...and its taking forever, any tips?

Also if you ever try sanding your glove box or if anyone has before...does that texture come off or do i have to fill it in? Ive been sanding one spot with 320grit for a couple of hours and nothing is coming off texture wise.
we spent maybe an hour smooth all the pieces out... we used a rougher paper to get it off, then went back and smoothed it out with like 600. We hit it with two coats of primer, then after we painted it black. He had to redo it after i left b/c the clear coat we bought had a weird reaction with the paint and it cracked. We stripped everything off again, and went after it again...
looks good man. i FINALLY got around to painting my dash today. Hopefully tomorrow i'll be able to get the wetsanding and polshing done and get it re-installed.
ok so i cant find my color at the autoparts store where can i get it?
PAINT SUPPLY STORE. most can even make you spray cans overnight. however rattle cans never look as good as a good ole paint gun application.
