First time posting pics of my truck on here, so far its pretty much stock. Only thing done to it when i bought 3 months ago was the Double DIN AVIC d3.

So far, Ive added the billet grille(s), exhaust, cleared the headlights and bought clear corners, and debadged.

My truck:

these pics are a little older, they dont show my headlights/corners and debadging.

vid of my exhaust...

and..
the...
DMAX!..

my buddy Wes in this picture is 5'10" so you can kinda see how tall this beast is lol

The 6.6L/Allison is all stock except for a programmer, 2 1/2 ton rockwells (6.72 gears). 52" Michelins on custom 20" wheels.

Full cantilever setup with triple convoluted bags, These pics were with the truck at "ride height".. it gets about 8" more of lift. EVERY piece of the suspension below the frame was HAND CUT and built, link bars cut/drilled/tapped for the heim joints.. everything!

best thing.. its STREET LEGAL

its street legal and stupid lookin :imo
Im not a fan of the yellow paint on some of it, but how many times do you see a dually with 52" tires coming down the road? Its kinda scary.

I would just like to cruise up and down the beach with it, definite chick magnet

I personally would probably do something else with the money put into it, but I like it's uniqueness and HUGEness

Theres a few trucks around here around this big and haven't had problems... I guess its up to the cop?
i just read through the state statutes and their is a bumper height minimum/maximum and headlight height minimum/maximum.

for the headlights... no less than 24" and no more than 54". His extra lights you see down low measure right at 48", so that's legal

for the bumpers... for vehicles UNDER 5000lbs the bumper height front/rear respectively cannot exceed 28"/30".

i know my truck stock comes in close to 5,800lbs iirc, so the stock CCLB Duramax im sure is a good ton more than that. not including the few thousand pounds underneath the frame... so he is definitely above the weight limit.

also, for the width of this truck, it comes in at 102" wide at the rear wheels, and the state law is vehicle cannot EXCEED 102"

whats not legal? (not being a smart ass, but if you know please tell)
i'd have to have my statute book in front of me, but I am pretty sure there is some legal issues with the bumper height.

all that height and no ground clearance :suicide2:
how much clearance you need? lol

are you talking about in the middle of the frame, or under the axles?

the truck will never go offroad so im told, yeah i know it defeats the purpose.. but its not my money wasted.

I like it because of the design and engineering put into the frame/suspension. is it practical? hell no LOL
