I just installed a F90BT im my '06. Minus the wiring mess I love it. Did the bypass and turned off all the little beeps via a couple hacks and have ZERO complaints.

I have the D3 in my Escalade but found a crazy deal on a F90-Bt. Is the F90 better? Worse? Any opinion would help. If not, I am buying another D3. Thanks

dont know if its worth a swap, but the F90 is a great unit
I am going to put this one in my Sierra. The wife likes her D3. What I have read, this seems to be a good unit. I am hoping to get more input....anyone else with input would be appreciated before I make this purchase. Thanks
I like mine f90. I updated it to load faster and hacked some of the fonts and screen options.
I have had the F90 since release, its an awesome unit, hacks are fun, and the gps is great
What do you mean by hack the fonts? How do you do the bypass to watch it while moving? I think I am going with this unit. Thanks
the F90 bt runs off of windows CE. You can load the files onto your SD card and modify them in your PC. Then reload the files back into the F90 with different fonts and colors and stuff. to bypass it i think you move the cell mute wire a pin over or something and ground it. THere's a guide on avic411.

That crazy deal is gone. Dude emailed me to say he was offered $150 more than I offered him and he sold it, even though we had already made the deal! It's BS like that, that pisses me off. I am looking on Evil Bay now.
Well, I just got the F90BT. Where does the USB plug into? Do I have to buy an extra cable and run it in my glove box or where ever? How does the Bluetooth work? Is it pretty clear? That is one complaint I have with the D3....the BT does not work that great. Thanks

f90-bt has some issues. i use mine daily and my ipod feature doesnt work anymore. it plays only through the passengerside speaker and is staticy. also my screen freezes up at least once a week. bluetooth is cool and nav is cool.

nope tried a friends Ipod and it doesnt work. i read its faulty RCA wires coming out of the unit. apparently allot of people have this issue on avic411.commaybe cause of ur iphone the ipod is weird?
Got it off Ebay for $474 shipped. Anybody know the USB info...location, etc.? Thanks
